Reed Accountancy are currently exclusively partnered with a well-established Maidenhead based company seeking a skilled Finance and Administration Manager to join their team. Working within a small team and as the sole person in Finance, this is a varied and well rounded position that offers the chance to have full ownership and promises to be a rewarding opportunity.
The company have been in operation for over 20 years and have been growing steadily and this is a new role to the business due to some internal changes. You will be working alongside, and reporting into, the Company Directors, you will assume the financial management and administration duties, providing effective financial management, and collaboration with the Office Manager on administrative functions.
Working on Xero you will be responsible for the below duties,
Responsibilities:
In order to be successful in this role you will need to have experience of Xero and Excel and be confident working in a small team with the flexibility and adaptability to take on diverse tasks. Experience with multicurrencies would be beneficial and experience of payroll would be desirable.
This is a fully office based role and will require you to be a driver due to the rural location of the office.
