Sales Coordinator - Textiles

This international textile studio has an exciting opening for a Sales Coordinator in its central London office. This position will see you working alongside the sales team across a variety of sectors. You will be working closely with the Sales Representatives to ensure that the client experience is as efficient and enjoyable as possible.

Key responsibilities

• Support Sales Representatives
• Respond to customer queries by phone, email and digital platforms
• Registering projects
• Issuing quotations
• Process orders and sample requests
• Monitor project progression of orders
• Assist accounting department where required
• Administrative and clerical support
• Liaising with freight companies
• Document Control
• Handling complaints

Skills and experience

• Experience in A&D industry required
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organised, with the ability to prioritise workload
• Good Knowledge of Microsoft Office-Suite
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Reflect the high standard of the brand
• Experience dealing with contractors and overall project team desired
