Forward Role are working with a high-growth retail group, boasting a global sales footprint and incredible profitability, to recruit a D2C Marketing Manager.

You will report into the E-Commerce Director who has previous experience in some of the most well-known retailers in the Northwest and work alongside E-Commerce, Creative and Marketplace teams. As this role grows, there will also be the opportunity to build a marketing team around you.

This role offers the perfect mix of strategic influence and hands-on execution.

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

• Shaping the marketing function and building out the foundations
• Developing and implementing marketing strategies
• Building out and managing a number of marketing channels including social media, online partnerships, email marketing and affiliate marketing.
• Growing online audiences and brands
• Brand partnerships & Collaborations
• Content & Marketing Communications
• Audience Growth & Analytics

What they’re looking for:

• Proven ability to create and execute marketing activities that drive growth
• Strong understanding of a variety of marketing channels
• Good level of commercial awareness and understanding
• Experienced in leveraging marketing/analytics tools (e.g. GA, social media scheduling/insights, email marketing platforms)
• An enthusiastic, driven individual
• Proactive, exhibiting great ownership
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; copywriting ability a benefit
• Great collaborator, skilful at stakeholder management
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
