About the Role:

We’re looking for a talented Motion Graphic Designer/Animator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives on pushing creative boundaries and delivering animations that leave a lasting impression.

From crafting eye-catching 3D visuals to creating dynamic animations, you’ll play a key role in shaping the visual identity of our clients. Whether it’s social media campaigns, explainer videos, or immersive digital experiences, your work will inspire and engage audiences across multiple platforms.

Ideally this is for a creative candidate who is operating at Midweight / Senior Design level and you will be joining this Creative Design Agency in a newly created role!

Your Key Responsibilities as the Motion Graphic Designer:

• Design and produce innovative motion graphics and animations for digital campaigns, social media, and web projects
• Create captivating 3D designs and integrate them into motion graphics projects
• Work closely with the creative team to brainstorm, storyboard, and execute concepts that wow clients
• Edit and refine video content to ensure the highest quality output
• Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and account managers to bring ideas to life
• Stay up-to-date with the latest motion design trends, software, and techniques to keep our work cutting-edge
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining exceptional quality

What You’ll Bring:

• A strong portfolio showcasing your skills in motion graphics and 3D design
• Proficiency in After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Cinema 4D (or similar 3D software)
• Experience in 3D modelling, texturing, and rendering
• A creative mindset with the ability to think conceptually and strategically
• Strong understanding of timing, pacing, and storytelling in animations
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering polished, high-quality work
• Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and deliver under tight deadlines
• Experience in working within brand guidelines while still bringing fresh ideas to the table
