Senior Director - Quality Operations EMEA

This role has full oversight of EMEA Operational Quality, leading the full EMEA Quality team and ensuring continious improvement across compliance and personnel.

The succesful applicant will form a key part of the senior leadership team, and will be expected to deliver against organisational goals with regards Quality Operations, and the global Quality network.

Description

- Ownership of EMEA Quality Operations

- Full leadership responsbility of EMEA Quality team

- Leading continuous improvement programme across CMO Quality Network

- Direct imput into global quality system, and its growth

- Forming part of the senior leadership team, facailitating high level discussions around Quality operations, and overall business performance.

Profile

- Prior experience dealing with Quality Operations across EMEA region is required, and good working knowledge of service suppliers such as CMO is essential.

- Strong leadership background is essential and the succesful candidate will have track record of delivering towards operational targets, as set by senior leaders.
