Management Accountant

CMA Recruitment Group is exclusively partnering with a high growth, PE backed technology business based in Bournemouth, Dorset, who have the newly generated requirement to hire a Management Accountant on a permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with two dynamic mentor figures, whilst taking on a broad and involved role that is expects to develop quickly.

What will the Management Accountant role involve?

• Multi-entity management accounts preparation & reporting;
• Support with the completion of budgeting & forecasting exercises in addition to cash flow reporting;
• Assist in consolidated reporting including cash flow;
• Support with process & systems improvements as the department grows;
• Involvement with reports collation for PE stakeholders;
• Completion of ad hoc project & analytical work to aide growth.

Suitable Candidate for the Management Accountant vacancy:

• The ideal candidate will be working towards their ACCA / CIMA or equivalent qualification;
• Practice training or experience in a fast paced multi-entity environment is required;
• Previous experience covering both management and financial reporting;
• Advantageous to have worked in a PE backed business previously.
