Deputy Store Manager | Premium Retail Store | £34-36,000

We are excited to be recruiting for a Deputy Store Manager position with a leading retailer who have a great store within Brent Cross. The store is performing very well, due to internal progression we now have a fantastic opportunity to join this amazing store.

This role is a great mix of service and sales, customers come to the store and want to receive a world class service, we need a Deputy Manager who can develop a team to ensure this happens! We want a retail manager with character, drive and determination to push the store forward and be the best in class at all times.

Deputy Manager: What we want:

• Retail experience in either retail or hospitality management for a premium, luxury or personal service client is preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Has experience of managing KPIs and budgets to improve their current store performance
• Has a track record of delivering
• Makes sure it's a fun place to work!

Responsibilities as the Deputy Manager:

• Lead the team in store to achieve results for service scores and sales
• Deliver high performance of sales and service through great visuals and service
• Create an environment that creates an excellent experience for customers
• Enjoy what you do and show this to your team
• Motivate all colleagues to work well in a fast-paced environment
• Engage with all customers and clients to ensure a service that is exceeds customer expectations
