We are seeking an experienced and organised Trade Mark Secretary to join an established IP team within a leading law firm in London. This role involves providing comprehensive administrative and secretarial support, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of operations, and offering bespoke assistance to an established Trade Marks department.

The ideal candidate should hold:

  • Experience in administrative support, preferably in the IP/Trade Marks sector.
  • Ability to handle high-volume invoicing and e-billing systems.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with great attention to detail.
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Word and Excel.
