Key Responsibilities

• Lead health and safety initiatives, focusing on lab teams.
• Prepare and review risk assessments and SOPs.
• Conduct health and safety training.
• Maintain and service safety equipment.
• Perform compliance audits.
• Investigate incidents and implement follow-up actions.
• Stay updated with health and safety legislation.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• BSc in Biological Sciences or related field.
• Laboratory experience.
• IOSH or NEBOSH certification.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
