Essential Candidate Requirements:

• SSSTS OR SMSTS card
• Very good previous experience as a construction site project supervisor.
• Experience of site set up
• Experience of writing of Construction Phase plans
• Experience with RAMS
• Own transport and full UK driving licence
• Cardiff Bay

Main Duties:

• Supervising a commercial construction site building refurbishment project
• Overseeing building facilities upgrades and refurbishment
• Supervising subcontractors
• Reviewing method statements and risk assessments
• Issuing permits to subcontractors
• Cardiff Bay in Cardiff
