Senior IT Engineer

£30,000 - £40,000

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and networking technologies.
• Provide escalation support to the 1st and 2nd Line teams.
• Implement effective solutions to recurring IT issues and document best practices.
• Support client IT infrastructure, both remotely and on-site, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Stay up to date with the latest security threats and implement proactive measures to safeguard systems.
• Collaborate with corporate IT teams and vendors on advanced technical projects.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to knowledge-sharing across the team.

Requirements:

• Strong expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and networking infrastructure.
• Proven experience in troubleshooting complex IT issues.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., MCSA, MCSE, ITIL Foundation) are highly desirable.
• Full UK driving license and access to a personal vehicle for on-site client support.
