Exec Producer - Branded Content Localisation

Handle Recruitment are exclusively partnering with a leading global advertising agency on an exciting new opportunity for an Executive/Senior Producer to work across localisation projects for global clients.

This role will involve joining a dynamic and expanding production team, taking the lead on exciting, high-profile campaigns for top brands.

Candidates must have experience working with short-form branded content and possess a strong understanding of localisation.

What You'll Do:

• Client Management & Delivery: Oversee video campaigns, manage client relationships, and ensure efficiency across all projects.

• Commercial/Profitability: Track budgets, resource allocation, and client satisfaction while staying current with industry trends.

• People Leadership: Guide and mentor the production team, set priorities, and provide senior-level direction within the agency.

What You'll Need:

• Experience of working as a Senior Producer with team management experience.

• Proficiency in a European language (ideally native).

• Strong knowledge of studio/post-production processes.

• Ambitious with a focus on growth.

• Experience managing complex clients and handling budgets.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to build long-term relationships.

• A balance of creativity, organisation, and problem-solving ability.
