Conveyancing Paralegal

My client is a well-established, property specialist law firm, on the lookout for talented Paralegals to join their team

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with a qualified lawyer, ensuring that conveyancing transactions are conducted professionally and efficiently for both clients and referrers.
• Assist in managing cases from instruction through to exchange, handling both leasehold and freehold residential properties.
• Building a strong understanding of each case and gathering crucial information will be key to ensuring progress.
