This full-time Secondary Graduate Teaching Assistant role provides an excellent opportunity to work closely with teachers and students across the secondary curriculum, gaining valuable insight and experience in the education and training sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the class teacher with students in Years 7 to 11.
• Work with pupils of varying abilities, both in small groups and on a one-to-one basis.
• Assist in delivering engaging lessons across the secondary curriculum.
• Help foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.

Requirements

• A recent graduate with an interest in pursuing a career in secondary teaching.
• Previous experience working with young people, such as through youth work, tutoring, sports coaching, or other voluntary or paid roles.
• A passion for education and the ability to inspire and engage students.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
