The Role

As a Protection Advisor, you'll provide expert advice on life insurance products via telephone, building rapport with customers and ensuring regulatory compliance. This fast-paced role offers ongoing support, coaching, and career development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities of the Protection Advisor:

• Deliver exceptional telephone-based customer service and advice
• Manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and drive personal performance
• Ensure compliance with FCA and internal regulatory standards
• Conduct thorough fact-finds and document all customer interactions

Required knowledge and experience for the Protection Advisor role:

• Proven experience in Financial Services
• Strong understanding of FCA regulatory requirements
• Excellent customer engagement and telephone communication skills
• Financial services qualifications (ideally CEMAP or R05)
• Self-motivated with a drive to meet sales targets and deliver outstanding customer outcomes
