Management Accountant - Advertising

A lovely Marketing Communications Agency, often voted the best place to work is recruiting for a Management Accountant to report to the Finance Director.

Do you have strong transactional experience with good exposure to management accounts, ready to take on management accounts fully and grow into a Finance Manager in the future.

The Finance Director will support you and provide one to one mentorship. The plans are to hire a Finance Assistant in the future that you can train and manage.

The Role:

• Raise client invoices and track payment & missing timesheets

• Process supplier invoices and payments, weekly bank reconciliations & expenses

• Work with the Head of Finance to provide support to the Account Management team

• Liaise with clients and suppliers regarding payments

• Prepare monthly management accounts

• Updating cashflow reforecast

This role will ideally suit candidates with previous creative agency experience that have used Paprika. Are you bored of purely processing data and want to learn more and be a business partner?
