Management Accountant - Media

A busy Marketing Communications Agency is looking for a temporary cover for all round accounts duties for the next 2-4 months. This is due to a busy Xmas period as well as holiday cover. If you worked for a Marketing Communications agency and used Paprika please get in touch! We need someone to start immediately with the flexibility of working from home or in the office. Anyone from Assistant Accountant up to Financial Controller will be welcomed. Part time is also manageable!

The Role:

• Raise client invoices and track payment & missing timesheets

• Process supplier invoices and payments, weekly bank reconciliations & expenses

• Work with the Head of Finance to provide support to the Account Management team

• Liaise with clients and suppliers regarding payments

• Prepare monthly management accounts

• Updating cashflow reforecast

• Job recs and WIP management
