M&E Quantity Surveyor - Building Services

Position: M&E Quantity Surveyor
Location: Northamptonshire
Start Date: ASAP
Rate: Negotiable ~£400 per day Umbrella PAYE
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, hybrid working (2 days from home)

Job Description: Our client, a leading M&E Building Services company in the East Midlands, is seeking a skilled and experienced M&E Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a company experiencing significant growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage projects from inception through to completion.
• Prepare and manage cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports.
• Conduct site visits and assessments to monitor progress and ensure compliance with specifications.
• Manage accounts, subcontractor orders, and conduct financial reviews.
• Negotiate contracts and manage procurement processes.
• Perform risk, value management, and cost control.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Prepare and submit regular progress reports.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 3 years' experience in M&E Building Services.
• HNC in Building Services or higher qualifications.
