The Role:
We’re seeking an experienced Project Manager - German Speaking to manage multiple packaging design projects for high-profile clients. Working closely with the Account Director and internal teams, you will ensure seamless project execution from concept to completion, maintaining strong client relationships throughout.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the end-to-end process of packaging design projects.
• Act as the key contact between clients and internal design/artwork teams.
• Ensure projects align with client expectations, brand guidelines, and deadlines.
• Manage budgets, invoicing, and ensure commercial profitability.
• Foster long-term relationships with clients.
• Effectively communicate project needs in German and English.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience in account/project management.
• Fluency in German and English (spoken and written).
• Experienced managing processes and dealing clients directy .
• Strong organizational and communication skills in a fast-paced setting.
