Salary - £23,000, OTE £40,000 + £150 Per Month Car allowance

Hours - 5-day week - Monday -Thursday 9-6pm Friday 9am-6pm, Sat 9.30am-4pm day off in lieu if Saturday worked, 1 Saturday off a month.

Our client, one of North London’s longest established independently owned estate agencies is looking for a Sales Negotiator to join them in their busy branch based in Crouch End. Offering a fantastic commission structure within a friendly and motivated team. You will be required to promote the client in a positive way, be responsive and proactive in your daily tasks. They are ready to give you the tools to succeed within this fantastic agency.

What your day will look like:

• Traditional day-to-day duties include registering applicants, booking viewings and conducting viewings.
• You will also be obtaining and negotiating offers, cross selling financial and solicitor services, as well as sales progression.
• You must also have your own car and driver’s licence.
