Day-to-day of the role:

• Assist in the preparation and delivery of daily lessons.
• Support individual students and small groups to help them understand the material and complete assignments.
• Monitor and record students’ progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents.
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and organised environment for students.
• Participate in school meetings and events.
• Work collaboratively with other staff members to promote an inclusive and supportive learning environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• NVQ Level 3 qualification is essential.
• Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar educational role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• A compassionate and patient approach to dealing with students.
• Enhanced DBS check required.
