Role: Nursery Assistant - Cache Level 3

Are you a CACHE Level 3 qualified Nursery Assistant looking for a rewarding role in a mainstream primary school? We are recruiting experienced and passionate individuals to join supportive school teams in Camden and Islington.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the delivery of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum in a primary school setting.
• Assist in planning and implementing engaging, age-appropriate activities.
• Provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for young learners.
• Work closely with teachers and other staff to support children's development and learning.
• Monitor and document children's progress, ensuring their individual needs are met.

Requirements:

• CACHE Level 3 qualification in Early Years or equivalent (essential).
• Proven experience working in a nursery or early years setting, preferably in a primary school.
• Strong understanding of the EYFS framework.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for early childhood education and development.
