About the Role:
Are you a passionate and driven dental professional looking to make a significant impact on the UK dental market? We're seeking a talented Territory Manager to join our clients' dynamic team where you will play a pivotal part in driving sales and promoting innovative dental solutions to a diverse range of customers, including private and NHS dental surgeries, NHS Trust Community clinics, and Hospital Dental Departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and capitalise on new business opportunities within existing and potential customer accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and industry professionals.
- Effectively promote and educate customers on our comprehensive range of dental products through presentations, demonstrations and training sessions.
- Stay abreast of market trends and competitor activities to identify emerging opportunities.
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Organise and participate in industry events, conferences and workshops.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Existing sales professional with a proven track record in dental sales and business development OR current Dental Professional (PM, TCO, Nurse) with a thorough understanding of territory sales and a desire to embark on a new exciting journey
- Strong understanding of the UK dental market
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and results-oriented
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint
- Full UK Driving Licence
What We Offer:
- Base salary of between £38,000 - £46,000 dependent on experience
