  • Salary: £26,000 - £28,000
  • Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm (35 hours)
  • Location: Bristol - Hybrid working (after training, 2/3 days in-office & home working!)

?? Your Day-to-Day

You’ll be a key part of the team scheduling Smart Meter installations and maintenance appointments for commercial customers. Expect a fast-paced and collaborative environment where no two days are the same!

What you’ll do:

  • Handle high-volume inbound/outbound customer queries (phone & email)
  • Book appointments, prioritising efficiency and excellent customer service
  • Coordinate with engineers, aligning schedules with skill sets and travel requirements
  • Resolve scheduling challenges creatively and effectively
  • Support short-notice emergency work requests
  • Build strong relationships with colleagues and engineers
  • Help achieve team KPIs and deliver on customer expectations

�? What You Bring to the Table

  • Experience: 2+ years in a similar role (preferred, not essential)
  • Knowledge of Meter Operators (MOP) is a plus!
  • Skills:
    • Customer-focused and a natural communicator
    • Strong problem-solving abilities
    • Proficient in MS Office
    • A multitasker who thrives under pressure
