Area to be covered: North East, Yorkshire, DE & NG

Remuneration: £45,000 - £50,000 + 10% bonus

Benefits: £6,600 annual car allowance or company car & full benefits

The role of the Area Sales Manager - Wood Products will involve:

• Area Sales Manager position promoting a range of engineered wood products
• All of your time will be spent sealing with independent merchants, buying groups, distributors and retailers
• Develop working relationships with key decision makers i.e. branch manager, timber specialist and regional management
• Predominately managing existing account however will be expected to generate new business
• Regular upkeep of CRM
• Covering the North East, Yorkshire, DE, NG ideally based North Yorkshire

The ideal applicant will be an Area Sales Manager - Wood Products with:

• Must have field sales experience in the building products industry
• Must have sold to merchants
• Ideally sold timber / wood products however not essential
• Analytical thinker
• Relationship builder, but also capable of new business development
• Hungry and with a desire to succeed
