Our client are recruiting for a skilled CNC Sliding Head Machinist to join their growing team!

CNC Sliding Head Machinist Roles and Responsibilities:

• Set, operate and program CNC sliding head machines
• Complete components to a high standard, working from engineering drawings
• Create and edit CNC codes for turning machines
• Provide maintenance to machines, ensuring they’re running efficiently
• Complete in process and finished inspections on components

The ideal CNC Sliding Head Machinist will:

• Ability to select appropriate tooling for the materials required
• Be able to read and work from engineering drawings
• Be able to set, operate and program CNC Sliding Head Machines
• Have experience of quality checking components using precision measuring tools
