Sales Negotiator / Senior

They are looking for a Senior Sales Negotiator with all round agency experience including listing property, accompanying viewings, and negotiating offers, in addition to sales progression and general administration.

Personal specification:

• At least 2 years’ experience within residential sales
• Confident dealing with people
• Take pride in your work
• Enjoy making a positive contribution to office life independently and as part of the team
• Thrive on working at and delivering consistently high standards under pressure
• Local knowledge is essential as Orpington attracts many out of area buyers due to the fantastic schooling and rail connections
• Full UK driving licence.

The salary on offer will include a basic of £25,000, plus on target earnings of £32,000 to £36,000. They will pay company mileage and there is parking available.
