Senior Technical Account Manager (SAP Business One) - Partner - Remote

Position: Senior Technical Account Manager (SAP Business One)
Type: Full-time, Sales-focused
Location: Home-based with travel to customer sites and office as needed

Responsibilities:

• Customer Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with SAP Business One customers.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, guiding customers on SAP investments and roadmaps.
• Sales and Growth:
  • Identify and drive additional sales opportunities (software, services, training, etc.).
  • Own sales activities, including demos, pre-sales, quotes, and CRM updates.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets.
• Collaboration and Support:
  • Partner with internal teams (Support, Marketing, Consulting) to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Provide pre-sales demonstrations and technical insights to close deals.
• Other Duties:
  • Take on customer transfers from other SAP partners.
  • Ensure high standards in advice, proposals, and overall customer care.

Qualifications:

• SAP Expertise: Proven experience as a consultant for SAP Business One.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written presentation skills in English.
• Mobility: Full UK/EU driving license and ability to travel freely within the UK and EU.
