Executive Assistant to the Chief Innovation Officer (CIO)

Office Based Full Time up to £45,000pa

Resourcing4Marketing are delighted to be partnering with our client, a rapidly growing healthcare consultancy who are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organised Executive Assistant to support the Chief Innovation Officer (CIO).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Support Manage the CIO’s agenda and ensure smooth execution of day-to-day operations
  • Track project progress and help meet deadlines
  • Coordinate high-level meetings, webinars, and conference calls
  • Project & Meeting Management
  • Oversee key projects and cross-functional initiatives led by the CIO
  • Prepare agendas, document minutes, and track action items for meetings
  • Assist in creating reports and presentations aligned with the CIO’s objectives
  • Stakeholder & Correspondence Management
  • Act as the main point of contact for internal teams and external partners
  • Manage the CIO’s email and written correspondence
  • Ensure timely and professional responses
  • Travel & Logistics Organise travel, including itineraries, accommodation, and transportation
  • Ensure all necessary documentation is prepared for travel Process & Policy Management Identify opportunities to improve operational processes
  • Support the CIO in ensuring company policies are up-to-date

Administrative & Office Support

  • Provide general office management, including filing and expense handling
  • Assist with coordinating company events and team activities
  • Manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Some personal and home PA Support will be required too.

  • A self-motivated, highly efficient individual with a proactive approach to work
  • Strong organisational skills with impeccable attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
