About the Role:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Westminster. Starting in January, you will provide 1:1 support to a Reception child with personal care needs. This role is perfect for an experienced, compassionate individual who is passionate about supporting young children and making a positive impact on their early development and in their education and training journey as a level 3 teaching assistant.

• Provide 1:1 personal care support to a Reception student
• Assist with basic hygiene, feeding, and mobility
• Support the child's learning and engagement with classroom activities
• Work collaboratively with the class teacher and support staff to ensure the child's needs are met
• Foster a positive, supportive, and inclusive environment within the education and training sector.

• Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
• Previous experience working with young children, ideally in a school or care setting
• A caring, patient, and empathetic approach to personal care and child development
• Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
• Understanding of early years education and child development
• Someone who can reliably commute to Westminster.
