Teacher of PE

This role involves teaching PE up to KS4 and KS5, contributing to a thriving extra-curricular programme, and promoting the enrichment and wellbeing of their students.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Deliver engaging and effective PE lessons up to KS4 and KS5.
• Contribute to and potentially lead aspects of the school’s extensive extra-curricular sports programme.
• Utilise and maintain excellent resources including a full-size 3G football pitch, sixty station fitness suite, cricket nets, and floodlit tennis/netball courts.
• Inspire and mentor students, fostering their skills in sports as well as their personal development.
• Collaborate with a well-established PE team to enhance the curriculum and sports offerings.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a degree in Physical Education or related field.
• Proven track record of good to outstanding teaching practice.
• Ability to teach PE up to KS4 and KS5.
• Strong commitment to extracurricular activities and student wellbeing.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, capable of inspiring students.
