About the Role:
As a Commercial Account Handler, you will play a pivotal role in delivering outstanding service to both clients and insurers. Your responsibilities will include:

• Handling new business, renewals, mid-term adjustments, and claims with accuracy and professionalism.
• Ensuring full compliance with FCA regulations while maintaining the highest standards of customer care.
• Building and nurturing strong client relationships by providing expert advice on a range of commercial insurance products.
• Promoting in-house premium finance options to enhance client offerings and secure renewals

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience as a Commercial Account Handler or in a similar role.
• A strong working knowledge of commercial insurance products.
• Acturis experience is essential
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• A commitment to delivering exemplary customer service.
