Position: Registered Mental Health Nurse
Specialisation: Older Adults CMHT

Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday | 9am - 5pm
Pay Rate: Day: £27ph + £250 bonus.

Responsibilities:

• Keyworker to manage caseload for Older Adults with varying mental health issues, co-morbidities, and complex presentations.
• Carrying out assessments, reviews, interventions and completing discharges alongside relevant documentations to support.
• Proficient in use of RiO documentations.
• Administering Depot injections.
• Completing multi-disciplinary reviews in the community and inpatients on Mental Health Act sections.
• Liaising with relevant members of the multi-disciplinary team and external agencies to support patient care.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Fully enhanced valid DBS
• Must have community experience.
• Older adults experience is desired.

Rate Breakdown
£27ph LTD | £24.29 PAYE Inclusive | £21.68 Exclusive
We offer a £250 bonus for starting a contract with SCS.
