Your Role:

As an OCDEA SAP Assessor, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting energy performance assessments on new builds and retrofit projects.
• Undertaking building compliance and retrofit assessments.
• Providing energy strategy evaluations and reporting for both new builds and retrofits.
• Collaborating with clients, consultants, and project teams to ensure energy and sustainability goals are met.

What We're Looking For:

• A minimum of 1 year's experience as a qualified OCDEA SAP Assessor.
• A genuine passion for sustainable design and retrofit solutions.
• Experience within Part L and Part O
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
