The Role
A leading Build-to-Rent (BTR) developer in East London is seeking a Resident Services Associate to provide exceptional customer service and support to residents. The successful candidate will be the primary point of contact for residents, ensuring a high standard of service and fostering a vibrant community atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for resident inquiries and requests.
• Coordinate move-ins, move-outs, and property tours for prospective tenants.
• Manage front-of-house operations, ensuring a welcoming and secure environment.
• Liaise with maintenance and housekeeping teams to address resident issues promptly.
• Assist in organizing community events to enhance resident engagement.
• Maintain accurate records of resident interactions and property updates.
• Support leasing activities by providing information on available units and tenancy terms.

Skills & Experience

• Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in property management, hospitality, or a similar industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
• Proficiency in property management software and MS Office.
• A proactive, solution-focused approach with attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.
