Job Title: Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistant Contract Type: Full-time - January Start Salary: £85 per day

Key Aspects of the Role:

Personalised Support:

• Offer personalized 1:1 assistance to pupils with special educational needs, adapting teaching techniques to foster their confidence and independence.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with teachers to plan and deliver activities, supporting pupils during transitions and daily routines.

Emotional Well-being:

• Help pupils regulate their behavior and emotions, encouraging positive interactions and social skills.

Assessment and Insights:

• Contribute to formal SEND assessments while also sharing valuable insights with families and home schools.

Swift Return to Education:

• Our goal is to facilitate a swift return to long-term education settings.

Teamwork:

• Collaborate with other teaching assistants, teachers, and support staff.
