KS1 Teacher - Primary School - Thornton Heath, Croydon (CR7) | January 2025 Start - Long-term to Permanent | £140 - £210per day, term time only

About the Role:
Are you a qualified and experienced KS1 Teacher ready to inspire young learners and make a difference in their educational journey? Long Term Futures is working with a highly regarded primary school in Thornton Heath, Croydon, to appoint a dedicated Key Stage 1 Teacher for a January 2025 start. Your Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the national curriculum
• Monitor and assess students' progress, maintaining accurate records of their development
• Prepare students for upcoming assessments and foster a love for learning
• Support children who may need additional encouragement to reach their full potential
• Build strong relationships with colleagues, students, and their families to create a collaborative learning environment
• Ensure the classroom is well-organised, safe, and conducive to effective learning

What We're Looking For:

• A Bachelor's degree in education or a related subject
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• A valid DBS and two references from previous employers
• Experience teaching in a primary school setting, particularly within Key Stage 1
• Strong collaboration, organisational, and communication skills
• A proactive and engaging approach to teaching
