Are you an experienced Service Engineer with a background in fiber laser cutting technology? We’re looking for a skilled professional to commission, install, service, and repair state-of-the-art fiber laser machines for a range of industrial applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Commission, install, troubleshoot, and repair advanced CNC laser cutting equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical issues with fiber laser CNC systems,
• Provide exceptional service and support to clients, ensuring equipment performance and reliability.
• Travel to customer sites as required (company car and expenses provided).

What We’re Looking For:

• Technical Expertise: Strong electrical engineering skills with a good mechanical aptitude. Experience with fiber laser technology, CNC programming, PLCs, CO2 laser sources, and drive systems is essential.
• Problem-Solving Skills: A methodical and analytical approach to fault-finding and repairing equipment.
• Customer-Focused: Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with clients and provide outstanding service.
• Flexibility: Willingness to travel to various customer locations to ensure high-quality support and service.
