We are seeking a hardworking, self-motivated individual to join our team as a Commercial Account Handler.

This role primarily involves handling property, construction, commercial combined, and package insurance for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).

The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Management: Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.

• Renewal Processing: Manage the renewal process for existing clients, ensuring timely and accurate processing of renewals.

• Mid-Term Adjustments: Handle mid-term adjustments to insurance policies, ensuring all changes are processed accurately and efficiently.

• Insurer Negotiations: Negotiate with insurers to secure the best terms and coverage for clients.

• Policy Documentation: Prepare and issue policy documentation, ensuring all details are accurate and compliant with regulatory requirements.

• Claims Support: Assist clients with the claims process, providing guidance and support to ensure a smooth and efficient resolution.

• Acturis System: Utilise the Acturis insurance software system for policy management and processing. Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience: Previous experience in a similar role within the insurance industry, particularly in handling property, construction, and commercial combined insurance. Reed Company Confidential

• Customer Service: Strong customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain positive client relationships.

• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Teamwork: Ability to work effectively as part of a team, contributing to a collaborative and supportive work environment.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in using the Acturis insurance software system.

• Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.
