Reeson Education have partnered with an exceptional primary school based in Southwark who are looking to appoint an experienced, full-time SEN Teacher from January 2025.

SEN Teacher - Key Information:

Job Title: SEN Teacher

Location: Southwark (Elephant and Castle)

Pay: £42,536 - £50,288 + SEN allowance

Start Date: January 2025

Ofsted Rating: Good

The SEN Teacher role:

• Full-time SEN Teacher role, working with a small class of 6-8 children.
• Plan and deliver differentiated lessons tailored to individual needs.
• Ensure the curriculum is accessible to pupils with diverse abilities.
• Collaborate with teaching assistants and specialists to maximise pupil progress.

Requirements for the SEN Teacher role:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Proven experience as an SEN Teacher or working with children with SEND.
• Strong understanding of SEN strategies and individualised teaching.
• Patience, empathy, and a commitment to inclusive education.
