You'll gain exposure to global Marine risks across territories such as the US, North America, Europe, LATAM, and beyond, including complex classes like Marine Hull, Cargo, IV, War, and Liability risks.
Your Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
* Ensure the effective delivery of all pre- and post-placement servicing, managing the end-to-end process until full Evidence of Cover documentation is provided.
* Develop a deep understanding of client businesses and their reinsurance programs.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and markets, providing exceptional administrative support and customer service.
* Take ownership of query resolution, coordinating between clients and reinsurers to ensure efficient management of instructions.
* Adhere to internal and external compliance standards, including legal, industry, and organizational policies.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, brokers, local overseas offices, markets, and management for assigned accounts.
Broker Support
* Review market security information for Marine carriers, ensuring compliance and assessing financial stability.
* Prepare and update marketing materials for the Broking Team.
* Generate data, statistics, and information packs to support client reinsurance placements.
* Coordinate with Compliance and Sanctions Teams for necessary checks and reviews.
* Collaborate with Legal Teams on commercial contract reviews and finalization.
* Assist in the creation of slips and endorsements, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
* Act as a coordinator during contract renewals, ensuring all legal documentation, including slips and agreements, is in place.
* Work closely with actuarial and broking units to deliver seamless solutions.
* Contribute to tender and renewal presentations with insightful data and support.
* Prepare and maintain Compliance Review Packs to meet audit and regulatory requirements.
