Are you an experienced recruitment consultant looking to take control of your career progression with global opportunities?

At Rise Bristol you will be working in the head office of a large (100 plus) consultancy, working with the latest state of the art tools , with progression based on merit.

As a consultant, you'll be provided with the tools and support to hone your skills and be given true progression routes , either into management or becoming a top biller. A range of desks are available; across Engineering, Technology, Energy, Public Sector and Construction sectors; across contract and permanent specialisms; even a chance to focus on either UK, Europe or US markets.

From a start-up in 2005 to a company of over 100 staff and nominated for Southwest Business of the year, we now have offices in Bristol, London, Miami and Austin. As we embark on our next phase of expansion, we're looking for tenacious, motivated and passionate individuals to join our team.

This role is best suited to someone looking to earn their next step to management in a meritocratic environment. Someone who shares our values, passion for recruitment and ambition to reach huge goals.

The Role:

  • Full life-cycle - 360 recruitment position - Business Development
  • Clients: Identifying business partnership opportunities, cold calling, B2B sales, lead generation, relationship development, and securing new clients
  • Candidates: Managing vacancies, advertising roles, conducting interviews, and candidate management
  • Project Management: Managing the end-to-end recruitment process
