Paralegal - Private Client

This is an ideal role for a Paralegal who has gained commercial experience of wills, probate, powers of attorney etc and is now looking to develop broader and deeper Private Client skills. What are the day-to-day responsibilities of the Paralegal

• Act as the first point of contact for new and existing clients- answering queries over email, via phone and in person
• Provide legal support to the teamproviding help on a range of work (drafting legal documents, undertaking legal research etc)including the undertaking of legal research.
• Assisting with the preparation of Wills as well as Probate, Power of Attorney and Court of Protection

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Law degree - ideally LLB, LLM, LPC or Cilex Experience
• Previous Private Client experience essential
• A good level of computer literacy
• Excellent communication skills both internally and with clients

My client is offering an annual salary of between £24,000 -£27,000depending on experience.
