Front of House Assistant

Salary: £23,800 - £24,500 per year, plus gratuities

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome Members, Guests, and Visitors warmly and professionally.
• Assist with service in the Bar, Restaurant, and Halfway Hut, including social events and private functions.
• Serve food and beverages with professionalism and courtesy.
• Adhere to policies and procedures.
• Handle transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Enhance operational efficiency, especially during quieter periods.

Person Specification:
The ideal candidate will possess:

• Exceptional customer service skills.
• A proactive and enthusiastic attitude with a strong sense of initiative.

Working Hours:

• 40 hours per week, including weekends, evenings, and Bank Holidays.

Work Location: In-person (candidates must reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting).
