• Lead and execute audit engagements from planning through to completion
• Prepare statutory accounts and tax computations for a range of clients
• Review the work of junior team members, providing feedback and mentoring
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and deadlines
• Collaborate with team members to identify process improvements and opportunities for client growth

Ideally, you will:

• Be ACA or ACCA qualified (or studying toward the qualification)
• Have 2-3 years of practice experience, ideally within an audit and accounts setting
• Demonstrate excellent people skills and the ability to work collaboratively
• Be passionate about delivering outstanding client service
• Show self-motivation, a strong work ethic, and a proactive mindset

• £38,000 to £48,000 pa
