Corporate Receptionist

Client are seeking a professional and personable Corporate Receptionist to join their team on a temporary basis for 8 weeks to cover holiday leave. This role is the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, and we are looking for someone who can maintain the high standards of our corporate environment.
Day to day of the role: - Greet clients and visitors in a warm and friendly manner, ensuring a positive first impression of the company.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing them to the appropriate departments.
- Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and prepare rooms for meetings as required.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
- Handle deliveries and mail, ensuring accurate distribution.
- Provide general support to visitors and resolve any reception-related issues promptly.
Required Skills & Qualifications: - Previous experience in a receptionist or front-of-house role, preferably within a corporate setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and a friendly disposition.
- Competency in using telephone systems and office equipment.
- Good organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and email.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
