Overview:
We are seeking an exceptional Registered Manager to join a flagship home in Manchester. This is a unique opportunity to lead a home with a reputation for delivering outstanding care and creating a nurturing, family-like environment for young people aged 7-17 with Emotional and Behavioral Difficulties (EBD).
Key Responsibilities: - Manage all aspects of the residential care home, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Foster a family-oriented culture that supports the holistic development and well-being of young people.
- Lead and inspire a dedicated team to maintain the home’s "Outstanding" Ofsted rating.
- Ensure young people receive tailored support to achieve positive outcomes in education, health, and personal development.
- Oversee operational responsibilities, including staffing, budgeting, and maintaining high-quality care standards.
- Collaborate with Directors and other stakeholders to align with the organization’s ethos and vision.
What We're Looking For: - Proven experience as a Registered Manager or a Deputy Manager ready to step up.
- Demonstrable success in working with young people with complex needs, creating a nurturing environment.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with a focus on team development.
- A commitment to providing child-centered, non-authoritarian care.
- The ability to build positive relationships with young people, staff, and external agencies.
What’s on Offer: - Salary: £44,000 - £49,000 per annum (DOE).
- Bonus: Up to £11,000 annually, based on occupancy and outcomes
