The role:

• Managing a diverse caseload from inception to completion.
• Advising on inquests, regulatory, disciplinary, and criminal matters.
• Conducting legal research to develop case strategies.
• Drafting and reviewing legal documents.
• Representing clients in hearings and undertaking advocacy.
• Collaborating with medical professionals and other experts.

The ideal candidate:

• Qualified solicitor with 2+ years PQE.
• Proven experience in healthcare-related legal matters.
• Strong advocacy, negotiation, drafting skills.
• Ability to manage high-volume caseloads efficiently.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in legal research tools and technology.
