• Act as a key person for a group of children, observing and supporting their development.
• Plan and carry out engaging, age-appropriate activities that cater to the needs of each child.
• Provide a safe, secure, and nurturing environment for all children.
• Follow safeguarding procedures and adhere to our policies to ensure the well-being of all children.
• Collaborate with other team members to maintain a supportive and encouraging learning environment.

• NVQ Level 2/3 qualification in childcare.
• Genuine love and enthusiasm for working with children.
• Confident communication skills with both children and adults.
• Ability to work well within a team.
