Teaching Assistant - Part Time - Phonics experience

Reed Education are supporting a lovely primary school based in Brighton who are seeking an experienced Teaching Assistant to join their team on a supply basis initially. This role will be 5 mornings a week supporting a child in Year 1 with their phonics.

• Experience working as a Teaching Assistant, particularly with children who have special educational needs.
• Strong understanding of phonics is essential.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to inclusive education and the promotion of equal opportunities.
• First aid certification is preferred but not essential.
